Clinic Visit -- MRI Results -- March 27, 2009

Taking a snack break while waiting for the doctor.
Thankfully, Mom remembered a DVD--glued to Looney Tunes.

Terry trying to give Sawyer his first inhaler treatment. Let's
just say it did not go over well.

Handsome boys ready for church--Sunday, March 29, 2009.

March 2009

Sawyer's checking out the cool leprechaun trap Bridger made--notice the green swimming pool
and all the nice food. Bridger said he researched on the Internet which types of food the leprechauns like.
Hunter had a fun preschool field trip to Foster's Grill.
Here he's helping cut some french fries.
He told me, "Now I know where french fries come from...potatoes!"

Hunter enjoying his hot dog and french fries at the end of his
field trip.

Hunter has become our reading and math maniac. A week or two
ago he decided to start reading the Magic Tree House books on his own. He's
doing a fabulous job! He shocked Terry the other day when he read him a page out of the book. Hunter's halfway through book number 1. Not bad for
a not quite 5 year old. Let's just say he keeps me hopping. Glad I have
so many educational resources here at home from my teaching days!

Wow, a book without pictures on every page! That was an adjustment for Hunter!
Now he's like a pro, though.

MRI --March 13, 2009

Painting while waiting to be called back for MRI. Sawyer only stayed still for about
5 minutes. The rest of the time he was checking the vending machine, begging for money, riding the escalators or trying to escape.
Enjoying the warm weather--March 7, 2009.
Huntley Meadows

Sawyer walked 3/4 of the 2 mile loop but wanted to be
carried like this the last 1/4.

March 3, 2009 -- Sawyer's Follow up Visit with the Allergist

Look at all the snow! Monday morning (March 2) we had 6+ inches of snow!
So far school has been closed for THREE days! Crazy!
Waiting to be called back to see the doctor.

This is the old fashioned way to have my blood pressure checked. I'm used to the automatic
machines at the clinic.

I kept trying to run away so the nurse brought me some Lincoln logs to play with. Funny thing...when it was finally time to leave, I didn't want to go. I wanted to stay and play.
