How do the ears look? (This was Dr. Sam's first time to examine Sawyer and he noticed that one ear canal was smaller than the other. Hmmm...we don't know if that should still be a concern. )
Nurse Kara is getting all of the "equipment" ready for Sawyer's treatment while Sawyer begs Tessa to save him.
