Notice the tears...nothing has been done yet and Sawyer's already anticipating the pain. Poor guy.
Cleaning the port area-- Sawyer hates this because it stings so much. This time it was worse because the nurse forgot the port access so she had to leave the room to get it. That made Sawyer have to wait even longer.
Accessing Sawyer's port--absolutely horrible this time!!!
At first the nurse had problems getting Sawyer's blood because he was crying so much.
Usually Sawyer will sit on my lap for the entire treatment. This time he kept trying to lay on my shoulder.
